This is not the first time when he makes troubles, as I remember he was banned in a time too. I suggest some weeks ban.

he did the same to grill who also post a complaint about him today.

This guy is only making troubles... Never listening, got muted like 3 times and was warned for kick.

See what happen when kids play games like these? they start insulting and raging at people, that's why certain game's have a age of maturity to play them, when people like these Insult you , just Ignore them cause if you don't ignore them you are letting them win by harassing/disturbing you, but if they realized that your not paying attention to them , they will start getting mad and leave or be ( quiet ), If Problem Like these continue to pursue then we will take the matter's into our hands and that (player) will be Punished or Warned,we cannot have this kind of Tolerance in TWC Community cause if we do, New- Comers Will Pick Up These Negative way's and start Cursing/Insulting/Raging at others all the time, We have to keep the community Clean of Rule Breakers,and Mostly Dis-respectfulness, So always keep your head's on in times like these, Your Admins show them that these kind of Issues Doesn't be tolerated here in or well known community TWC,
Now to Loco , I Think He should Receive a punishment that will make him think twice next time.

if he was only insulting i would ignor him but i was in some spree sniping he was in my team
then came and nade me so i flyed and felt to death
i told him stop it
then he kept pushing and nading non stop,i couldnt have fun playing while he doin that
so i must not ignore him in this case cuz he bothring me not only in insults.
so uhmm im not member and i dont have rights to tell u ban him or something
but that is little kid that wont let visitors have fun and i think he deserve a period ban
