Anyone plays squad? - Haures - 05-08-2017
Have you ever played game called project reality? If you are then i have wonderful news for you. The devs from pr made this game called squad which is powered with unreal engine 4.
The game is very "realistic" (used quotes since term realistic is very subjective when talking about games) and its based in time of modern day warfare.
Factions in that game are: USA , Russia, taleban(insurgents),Militia(russian rebels or something like that), UK is coming soon.
Squad is heavily team based game. As the name tells its based upon squads. In squad you have squadleader + 9 soldiers. there are classes like medic , automatic rifleman, grenadier, heavy-AT, light-AT etc..
Communication is key in this game. You have mic? USE IT. Better communication is more likely win for your team.
The game is now at alpha state and devs are making content in rush.. but the alpha stage means there aint so many optimization done to the game yet. For example amd fx cpus suffer from major fps lags (my fx cpu had 30fps in full server). In the next update i hope we get helicopters,stationary at guns, dragging system!!
I forgot to mention that you can build things in squad. Spawnpoints,gun placements, sandbags, hesco walls. But in order to build things you must get supplies. Supplies you can get from supplytrucks and to refill them you just need to drive back to base.
Hope i didnt forget anything. I love this game and the way it plays. You have to work together as a team to cap/defend to win. There aint noob hate in this game just say that you are new and you get help. I have 72h in this game and i cant wait for updates!

Why? If its about fps then reason is its still in alpha stage which is that there aint so much optimization. (Every steam discussion what i see about squad is because of bad fps) but i can say its totally payable with 45-50 fps.
Atleast if server is full (40vs40).

Tell me when It's out of Early Access and I will consider this then and olny then.
I don't buy games in Early Access state, just a rule of mine. Unless it's on sale, like I did with ARK.

I just didnt enjoy playing it (maybe a little bit too realistic, arma 3 is enough for me), my fps was okay.
