During the game i got splat from Nuestra for how he think "sk",
after I killed him a few times in this place.
If i did reall spown killing then exactly at what minute.

Is the heavy spawn area clear too you?Better check the demo and check again sk areas,bcos you did a lot of spawn kill.

Kruk, no matter, where your position is, the targeted are is considered if spawn killing or not. And you aimed with heavy machine gun at the Axis spawn exit.

Lets go back to basics. What means spown killilng?
Means killing players that eraly spowned in spown area.
But killing players that spowned much later or just come from like most on this demo from sec exit of spown (on right)
or killing campers like there was one sniper camped in spown....
is not a spown killing. <- confirmed by few admins

Dude, in our TWC rules the area you see as red lava on the picture is non-SK area, which means that the other team is not allowed to kill players in the spawn and in that area with heavy weapons like artillery, airstrike, mortar, panzer, flame thrower. No matter when they spawn.
You might not have known it, but in the future just take care please, that these rules are applied and enforced by our admins.

#3. Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed, unless it is done at a capturable spawn point
Weapons considered heavy are: Artillery, airstrikes, panzer, mortar, mg42 and flamethrower (Splash damage from heavy weapons in spawnareas are considerd as heavy spawnkilling!)
Be aware that you CAN use heavy weapons/arty in captureable spawns at all times.
Spownkilling
I dont see anything about no killing players in spown area.
I see Heavy spawnkilling is not allowed.

Even the definition given by yourself says that it is USUALLY right after the player spawned, but not exclusively, therefore generally killing someone within the spawn area is a spawnkill.
