Dear TWC, Thank you (archived by NightFall) - Thrasher - 02-05-2017
Hey guys, I know this is a rare post from me but i want to thank you all. The reason i am posting this is because I feel like most of the high admins, supremes and MST's don't get the appreciation that they deserve. They have sacrificed so much of their time into TWC and have worked so hard on it.
I am also posting this because of the massive impact this clan has had on my life and me in general.
Many years ago before I was a part of TWC, I suffered a childhood of bullying and social exclusion. Due to my overactive mind from autism, I became a social outcast and had literally zero friends or people who cared about me other than my family. I started dreaming of one day being famous and popular. I always looked up towards the people who were popular in those days and tried to copy their traits but every time i felt like it failed. This continued until I got depressed and became suicidal. At this point I lost all hope and energy of ever achieving my dreams and at one point even attempted suicide once. Then TWC came into my life, a world were people were able to connect to each other online socially. I joined at an age of 13 and from this point my social abilities grew massively. After joining my depression began to fade and TWC became an escape route for me.
I personally feel like TWC had saved me from the negativity of my past and helped me grow into what I am now. Currently I feel what I only dreamed of that many years ago. I feel cared for, I have friends, I'm not suffering, I actually have people to talk to and I feel much more loved and known. This is what the main reason i am thanking you all for. Not just the MST's and supremes, but every member here in TWC.
To the next part of this post is a thank you to all the people in TWC who work so extremely hard for so extremely little. You guys don't earn money, all money donated goes into TWC (or does it
), You guys also seem to receive too little appreciation for all the background work you guys put in that nobody else can see.MST's, Thank you for all the hard work you guys put in to fixing forum and server problems as well as doing your absolute hardest to keep TWC alive and strong with a positive atmosphere.
Supremes, Thank you for all the hard work you guys do in server and forum as well as making sure to the best of your ability that the servers are active and clean.
And finally to all other members of TWC, Thank you for all the hard work you guys do independently. You might not have the task of keeping a forum clean or maintaining servers but you all the most important job in TWC; being the life and blood of the clan. without you all this clan would fall apart fast.
To everyone of this clan, you have all of the gratitude that I can give for the significant impact this clan which saved and changed my life forever.

Dear Thrasher, as a guy that understand your feelings now maybe even better than the most around here on these forums, I will be short but real.
You are great guy, if you ever need to talk, I am still around. Stay cool and be always around here, TWC have ups and downs, but people here will, in the end, make you feel better.
