The new name Beginners is nice, but remember that guests who are true beginners will come in thinking, 'finally I can play somewhere and not get owned too bad'
Only to come in and get owned by the not so beginners of TWC :P
Go easy on them and teach them the tricks you have learned. Let them get a few good kills in and I will bet that they will keep coming back.
I have always thought that when there is a beginners server there should also be a pro server to graduate to when you are no longer a beginner. Because eventually even the beginners aren't beginners anymore.
So cut them some slack or they will only come in where there are not TWC members there and that will make it hard to recruit :P

Might be an idea to also reset xp when 30000 or 40000 is reached into 0
Maybe they think if they connect,
xp is so high that I will never make more.

Allow less Arty at one time. Too many allowed atm . And take out the map 'School' should be removed. (No waypoint for bots) So guess may leave the server because of this.
