As everyone can clearly see, currently Trickjump is lacking most of it's high admins. Only high admin we currently have is Revauld who is a true veteran member, but his activity is lacking. He'll still keep his spot for now as a recruiter.
Task content:
-Keep the server's atmosphere peaceful where people can enjoy playing.
-Help members and guests if they have trouble with something.
-Report to higher high admins or directly to me if you notice malicious stuff.
Task requirements:
-Decent skills of daily communication and basic english.
-Be active both in-game and in forum!
-Know the rules that you are enforcing yourself.
-Be mature when you appear as our high admin to other people.
-If you don't know how to handle a situation, ask other high admins or the supreme.
-Knowing technical stuff of the server is a bonus.

Experience from high admin jobs in TWC?(if yes, what server, for how long?): I havent had any high admin jobs in TWC yet. But I did own 4 Servers and managed them with many members, so I know what a high admin should do.
Ive got enough technical knowledge, especially with SSH, FTP, and remote server configuration. Setting up a new Etjump version should be no problem, adding maps and fix bugs should be possible too.
I could help out in technical things.
Willing to do forum jobs aswell?: I think its self evident that a high admin needs to be active in forum and do their job in there aswell. Moderating and Updating things in Forums wouldnt be a problem for me hence I visit the forum everyday.
Forum moderation is no problem at all, since I had my own forums for my servers, which I managed about 1 year.
Describe your activity in-game and in forum: My activity in-game, is like everyday. I wont be inactive for more than 2 days without talking to our supreme or other high admins / members. In Forum as I said before, I check forum everyday, so Im always up to the newest news.

Why should we choose especially you?: I can fulfill the job as an high admin, since Ive got enough experience in being a high spot on a server. Im a happy guy, weird, but I can act right in situations that are needed. I think Im the right person for a high admin job, Im loyal, trustful, reasonable. I act very conscientious in things that have an high priority, and I always keep calm, even if the situation will escalate.
Im willed to take care of incoming problems, and questions that come of quests and members.

I think raven will be a good one for a High Admin position. His knowledge and experience will be a huge benefit for Tj.
I could apply for a Recruiter position but for the coming two months and the less applicants we have I see no use of it.

I had FTP access three times before in EA and Q, not really having a lot of knowledge - only the basics. This was during 2012 -> 2016.

Describe your activity in-game and in forum: Especially during 2014 and 2015 I've been taking care of Quarkclan's entire forum, keeping it up to date, refreshing it regulary and creating new lay-out for topics to match structure and having a good overview.

I was controller of the server. If there were a troller or whiners I had to appeal to them on their behavior etc. I also had to lure new members and i discuss with other members about changes that the server/clan would help. I loved to do this. I like to renew things just like what i did with the ettrackbase clan page.
