E: but really you have applied so many times here, and tbh I don't really know what is true and what is false with you.
IF you really do want to join, then prove it by playing on our server, i'm not saying play everyday cause I don't play everyday myself. I know it can be boring with bots but I would say atleast 4 / 7 days a week (about 30 mins would be fine) would be the least assuming you would need to prove that you could play. But that's just my opinion. If you could do that I would probably accept you in :P

He clearly doesn't understand previously called reasons.
Maybe someone should translate some text in his native language to understand it.
If this doesn't work TWC may can suspend his account for approximately a year and after that he may apply again as his English maybe improved.
Banning is not a proper solution.
P.s: I want to play with the big Narko too <3
