I really didn't wanted to make that topic, but I decided, that this is what I really have to do, that if I will be a member here, I will feel obligated to come here and play. And I just can't do that right now, my health is so bad right now, that I have to drop everything and focus on getting better.
My health was worse only 2 times in my life, and it was when once I was dead for few minutes, and when I had heart attack few months ago. I can't play right now, I can't even think because of the headaches, my eyes are so broken now, that even looking at the phone or book is hard, not even mentioning PC screen. These reasons made my heart go bad again, when I had ECG Monitoring today, they said I was close to second heart attack, and I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TODAY AT ALL. Next few weeks I will spend in either special medical camp or in hospitals.
I just became supreme, I had plans, I had motivation, but then my bad health struck again, and it broke me so badly, my doctor gave me antidepressants again. I didn't wanted to leave, but due to my health, I do not have choice, I do not want to turn into ghost supreme-member, like a certain guy I actually replaced.
If it comes to sniper, my last thing to do is promoting Narko and Kenny to level 8, to recruiters, so they could take care of things in game, if it comes to maintaining server, Snacky have FTP access already, so he can do it for the time being.

PS: I broke my last years record, over 3 months in hospitals this year.

It's really sad to see this and how health forced you to leave
Tho I'd like to thank you for being a part of PW family for this long (even after transfer) 
But since we're friends, it's not a goodbye so

Health definitely comes first and it's more important than a game. So your job now is to focus on getting better and come back to us when you're feeling better. From now on spend your time relaxing

Not good news at all, feels very sad to hear you are having so hard time atm...
I'm sure you will be all good soon and doctors can help you, its just matter of time!
I wish you all best and strength to fight against the dark souls who are haunting you :/
