Hi guys , i play a lot in the No Download server , but my home server is sniper can i Transfer to No Download server ?

Rules say they can try anyway with a special reason.
Since Angell doesn't have one and another rule says atleast 1 month in the current server its a disallowed this time.

Sorry Angell, but the guys are right. Rules is rules.
You may play as much as you like in the ND server though and then just be patient until transfers open again.
They usually open up when ever John has time to deal with it. So hang in there man and have fun.
