I was just thinking about a thing : There less players playing ET so why not extend TWC to an other popular game like CSS or CoD or BF ?

idd the main problem was bout the possibility of host servers.

Joint and I used to look into this alot in the past. Problem was that most cool games, the members either already had to own or had to buy before being able to play. So we decided then, that if everyone couldn't participate we would look for something else.
Never did find one game that everyone liked. Most were browser games that sepperated europe from america anyway.
We just never found one that everyone could play in. I believe John looked into this a bit and most likely found the same problems.
If you all know a free game that everyone can play and that we can install on our machine like ET is then please suggest it. Would be nice to see other games.

Haven't seen that one Deleter, but it looks like a browser game. Most of those have two seperate zones between the east and the western parts of the world.
Fatty, the problem with COD4 is that people have to purchase the game right? Sure a lot of members probably have it, but not all for pc. Mine is for PS3. Feel free to make your own server though and invite the members who have cod for pc. Let us know how it goes.

Alien Arena is Quake clone, lots of those out there atm.
CoD4 is about 20e in stores, but you can get it with about 10 euros from internet. Ofc i suggest everybody to try the singeplayer demo too http://www.gamefront.com/files/8774322/Call_of_Duty_4__Modern_Warfare_Demo
CS:S is about 15 euros too and if you buy it retail, you get HL2:DM and DoD:S with it. What i understand about hosting servers, it would be fairly possible in all those games.
TF2 is freee and hosting possibilities are pretty much same as previous ones.

I'll see on CoD if its possible to extend TWC. There is a free way to play MW3 : teknogod but u'll have to dl the game first
