Ban appeal (archived by $4m4el) - Hermione - 10-02-2016
Hello,
I've just made this account in order to appeal a ban I have received from the No Download server, I presume this is the correct sub forum to post, if not - sorry. I have been ban for the reason of aimbot, however I assure you that I have not used an aimbot and enjoy playing on the No Download server, which is why I post this appeal.
This happened recently, just before I created this account - However I am unaware as to which TWC member(s) decided this. Therefore, I would like to request that you could please look into my ban and then gather a consensus. I do not have any footage to offer you, sorry as recording is something I have not done before - I hope that this will not harm the process.
Default complaint forum:
In-game name : Hermione
(With a smiley face at the end but the forum converts to a img)Date of incident : 10/02/16
Server : No Download
Incident : aimbot
Reason of complaint : I did not use a cheat.
Name of person you are complaining about: I am making no complaint about a specific member or members because I am unaware of who decided upon banning me, I have played on TWC frequently and have never had a problem/issue with TWC members before. Therefore, I make no complaint about the staff which took this decision, but ask for you to please inspect my ban.
Have you ever been banned on any TWC server before : No.
Thank you for those who use their time to inspect my ban.

Thanks for your effort in making this video available to me. I have downloaded the file and viewed the recording. I think that it would be unfair to judge me based of such short footage and think that the only suspicious kill(s) were right before the end of the video. However, I am glad that you do investigate suspicious players/actions on No Download, I urge the admins of No Download to please instigate the video.

But our demoteam caught you using cheats and was checked by other here on the forum.
SO sorry but I think your ban will stay up

Even tho you claim that you did not cheat which seems to be not true, you should think about apologizing for what you did and show the admins that you understood your wrong behaviour. That might make you able to get another chance and only a temporary ban instead of a permanent one.

"High admins" already have reviewed your demo and stated their opinion, else you would never have been banned in first place.
The demo might not be very long (imo it isn't that short) but shows CLEAR evidence of an average player with godlike tracking, even a child could see your aim is assisted tsss
There's nothing usefull you'll obtain by keeping on with lies, that's all I have to say...
