Hey Adam!
Since the decision is up to me, I think I'll give you a week of 'trial' just to check up on you cause lately you haven't been active.
I hope you have learned the rules by now, cause you did heavy spawnkill with panzer, even after multiple warnings, my guess is that you didn't understand me - which brings me to another thing, and that's speaking English well, which I am not convinced in.
Anyways, if I see that you've learned the rules and not breaking them, I'd be fine with giving you level 4 in the server, since you want to be in TWC that bad. But I'm not sure about much advancement in level in the future.
