Hey I don't mind in the least being told off when I accidently infringe upon the TWC rules. What I don't think is fair is when TWC members issue warnings then tell you "go and have a look at the TWC Forum" only to verify that actually they haven't looked at their own rules or indeed images of where spawn killing/arty is allowed.
I have just checked Goldrush and as far as I can see the areas marked in Green are legal.
So next time a TWC ref/admin warns me for playing fair I guess I will just demo, wait to be kicked and then present my case in the hope they actually check out their own rules lol

Yes, there have been problems with members who don't know rules well. Next time record a demo and post it to forums, so we can think what to do next.

I agree with that and some admins should change their behavior. If they insulting other players its fine...

The truth is, I can't do much here now, I could sure say the cliche line "It won't happen again..." - but I won't for two reasons. It won't help you and I don't like to lie. These things happens again and again for some reason, even though they shouldn't.
I'm suprised none of our supremes of the server or other members haven't joined the discussion here. How come? Have some of them contacted you guy(s) privately?

There's always two sides of a story ! So far from what i've seen Kotz stated his case.. He has no Proof but he does have a point. Next time if it happens to him he will make a screenshot / demo! Case Closed!
With Lee* post ( SS ) All I see is two guys being childish! and provoking! Both are in the wrong Yes Yolo shouldn't of said what he said !
Be there is always two sides. Maybe lee didn't capture the whole convo! Not saying Lee is lying or anything, But as far as I can remember this is the first complain I've seen against Yolo ( with on the other hand ) Lee has been banned many times!! (5) twice by me alone!! But that doesn't mean his complain is invalid! Let's wait for more members to join in!
Sometimes Guest or even other members can get under our skin.. But as a Admin you should always learn to control your feelings! ( no matter what ) and adjust to the situation at hand - following TWC rules and guidelines! Gather all your info / proof and facts ! So when you drop the "BanHammer" on someone's head the case shall be closed! -Tech

Idc about YOLO but if player like me will say to admin "you are dumb" or smth like that then admin mute,kick or ban me BUT when admind say that for player its normal beacuse they have a power?

That's not correct! Just because you're an admin doesn't mean you can do or say whatever you want to people and walk all over them! Nope doesn't work that way! What i'm saying is get proof of what was said leading up to the insult not just the part where you got offended! As for Yolo idk what will happen with him and that's not up too meh! I'm sure ND Leaders/Supreme are looking into this complain! Thanks again Lee!
And maybe some of our New / Old Admin should check this thread out! Can save more space for my spam instead of these glowingly amount of complains :P

Yes, it is normal. We, all mighty Gods, above the human race, can say whatever we wish to, without any fear of penalties.
As I mentioned before, there aren't really anything I can do, except to talk with YOLO.

like the guys above said, we gotta see both sides of the story and act accordingly.
and like clysma said we cant 100% guarantee this wont happen again, but next time (hopelefully wont happen) show us the whole convo so we can do our best to solve it.
