Admin Vacancy System
This is the new Admin Vacany System ready for implementation in the TWC servers. If you wish to have this system running on your server, please discuss/poll about it with the WHOLE memberbase (from level 4 up to Supreme spot).
Admin Vacancy:
Whenever there is a new admin spot open (be it level 6,7,8,9 or 10) a vacany will be opened in the servers subforum (e.g. for ND: http://board.twcclan.org/forum-19.html ). The supreme or the admin chosen to post the vacancy will write an introducing summary of what the server is looking for.

Our TWC|NoDownload server is one of the best visited servers in the Enemy territory community. It’s a server to have fun with clanm8’s and visitors to frag around but also a big focus on the map’s objective. The server can maintain 48 visitors and has 2 additional admin slots. It has mostly default maps.
For this server we are looking for a recruiter. AdminLvl 8

Task content:
· You reply to new applications of new prospects
· You edit the application forum
· You start a trial period
· You monitor the behavior of the new recruits.
· You are responsible for the acceptations of new recruits for the clan
· You also fulfill all the duties of an admin of lower level (7 and 6)

Tasks requirements
· Must be an active member on forum and ingame in past, present and future.
· You must have good English writing skills
. Knowledge of rules in ND and exceptions. This includes ban procedure!
· You must be mature in age and behavior.
· You must be a team player and you are able to make concessions when the majority has a different opinion.

Vacancy procedure:
Applicants will be watched ingame and on forum to find a suitable candidate
Applicants are voted on by HA+
The newly appointed RCTR will start immediately on lvl 8, and his behavior and experiences will be reflected once every 3 months. This includes a talk with the supreme about how the sup sees the behavior of the admin, and about how the admin experiences the job himself.

Every member is allowed and very much asked to share his own experiences with this certain admin. This gives the Supremes and other HA the possibility to know even more how the admin is doing his job, and if it happens that there is an admin not fulfilling his duties, he can be found fast and be dealt with. Experiences can be shared either via pm, xfire or just in public in the servers base. However, remember to maintain a friendly tone and a decent level of maturity in your post, even when complaining about someone.
If it happens and there are complaints about an admin (from memberside or from HA-side), it is a MUST-DO to talk to that person and explain what he might have done wrong, in order to give him the chance to fix it and act like he is supposed to (so no insta-demotes unless it comes clear that person knows what he is doing wrong, but does not intend to change it to the better).
