So, i saw an abuser today in TWC TJ. He muted all in the server, and then quitted.

He has a dynamic ip. Closest subnet check shows a guy named .LG'Pulse~

ETJump ban = ipban, which is pointless in many cases (but will hopefully change in next version after 2 pages conversation with ETJump lead developer). Second possiblity to ban him isn't good too - we can ban other people by banning his ipranges.
