Note: I was in TWC at one point in time. I got caught double clanning. I lied about it and I am sorry about that. To moanraker I am extremely sorry to you for cussing so much to you. Well im sorry to all TWC members for double clanning and breaking the rules. I understand the rules 100% and I promise that it wont happen again.

If my vote counts anything I'll give a 'yes' too. He seems like a good guy to me, I don't know much about that case with Moanraker though, I guess it depends on his opinion.

Not only have you shown proposterous behaviour in the past, but after getting kicked from TWC for double clanning, you continued double clanning in other clans, keeping up the lies you tried to use to cover yourself up.
You have proved that you are a clanhopper and that you (and your apology) cannot be trusted, therefore, after consideration by me and Panzerwar's HA team, your applications has been denied.
