Vacancy for recruiter.Effective Date: 30 January
Employment: 4 times a week 15 minutes
Server: ND
Admin lvl: You'll start @ adminlvl 8
Our TWC|NoDownload server is one of the best visited servers in the Enemy territory community. It’s a server to have fun with clanm8’s and visitors to frag around but also a big focus on the map’s objective. The server can maintain 48 visitors and has 2 additional admin slots. It has mostly default maps.
For this server we are looking for a recruiter. AdminLvl 8
Job content:
- · You reply to new applications of new prospects
- · You edit the application forum
- · You start a trial period
- · You monitor the behavior of the new recruits.
- · You are responsible for the acceptations of new recruits for the clan
Job requirements
- . Your current adminlvl must be lvl 6 or 7 (members that haven't been in our community long but do want to apply will be taken in account when a new position becomes available)
- · Must be an active member on forum and ingame in past, present and future.
- · You must have good English writing skills
- . Knowledge of rules ND and exceptions. This includes ban procedure!
- · You must be mature in age and behavior.
- · You must be a team player and you are able to make concessions when the majority has a different opinion.
- . As high admin it is crucial you know how to be political while maintaining the rules. Not too harsh not too soft. http://board.twcclan.org/thread-4926.html
- . You are expected to communicate with the leaders/supremes when in doubt

Vacancy procedure:
Applications are voted on by high admins.
The newly appointed RCTR will start immediately on lvl 8, but this will be evaluated after a month . If everything is turning out as it should be the adminlvl will be permanent.

Im old MG so I know the rules and know what to do for being rctr.

i love doing things like this and already done It without being a recruiter i think im Very active on Forum and since my New Mainboard is Here in ET as well.

more then 75% members of old TWC|Black/Blue was recruited by my hand when I was Leader there.
After that part of TWC collapsed they are now great members/admins of other servers or just very good clan friends
