Let me explain a little.
Jenzi asked me to create a new soundpack for HS quite some time ago (2013 ^^). We had the sounds (even though they weren't converted to .wav yet, necessary for ET), but the script for displaying the new sounds wasn't done yet.
For some reason we uploaded the unfinished soundpack (to test? I don't know, it beats me).
The new sounds were available (for the server), but there was no way to access it like a regular voice message. The old menu still showed up, without the proper sounds.
I've reuploaded the old soundpack now (didn't know I had a spare copy) and I'll talk to Dutch about the new soundpack.
