ET menu confused - replay missing (archived by Mimus) - Butcher - 26-04-2014
Mates,
I tested some strange (I mean outside of TWC) servers recently and some of them installed their menu items in my ET menu, firstly direct access to their servers. What mostly bothers me that my menu item Replay (demo viewing) is also missing now.
Could you please advise me, how I can
1. Edit my menu and remove the unwanted items
2. If this is not possible, how to reset my menu to ET standard
3. Can is apply some settings that can prevent servers to install custom items?

This happens, when servers install pk3's into your game installation (which is a normal process).
When you are not connected to a specific server, the game will consider all pk3 files "safe" to load.
So, to get rid of this you will have to find out which pk3 file is actually altering the menu for you. I suggest checking the folder of your currently loaded mod and sort the files by creation date. Just delete the most recent pk3 files until your menu goes back to normal.
