If you want to be in sniper video, you can make a demo with some of your nice kills. HS, jumpshots, binoc, leaning, multikills - doesn't matter. Just one thing - record it just vs real players, not bots.
To record a demo use /autorecord or /record blabla. Your demos will be created in mod folder. To stop a demo use /stoprecord.

Does the demo have to be made on a Sniper Server or can it be Random Sniping?

Well, we need most from our sniper server, as it should advertise it. But something interesting like quickscope in ND or ETPro can be added too I guess.
