Promotion, demotion and kick-out policy
No one can promote without the permission of the server supreme.
Every high admin (recruiter or higher) can suggest promotions in the High Admin Base. Members are able to vote in a poll who they want to be promoted to high-admin when there is a limited amount of spots and when there are at least 2 suitable candidates per spot.
Members who are level 4 and 5 will be promoted to level 6 based on their maturity, their activity and the time they have been in TWC.
It is advised to check the forum and play on the server on a daily basis if you wish to become eligible as admin.
Demotion will follow after a inactivity period of 30 days, without knowledge of the supremes (post in the inactivity thread of the ND base)
Demotion will follow when a member is not online on the forum at least every 2 weeks. (This rule was set in place because members did not know about changes made months ago.)
Members will be kicked out of the clan for cheating, excessive rule breaking (E.G.: admin asking, admin abuse, disrespect, foul-language, inactivity) and excessive inactivity (90 days+, or after 1 demotion).
