As per request by Antho,
To coordinate which mods are suited for ND and when they can be up and running, post here your thoughts and suggestions.
Beginners have their desired maps and mods allready running and Headshot will install them by thursday evening 12-12-2013.

IMO: If you're going to put shit on ND, at least keep the file size to a bare minimum.

The first file is just a mini-mod. Changing the helmets, ammo- and med-packs, grenades and knifes and such. The other files are either replacements of existing maps, allready on ND, or complete new ones.

The thing about the maps. Wouldn't they be somewhere, idk, around 20 MB? Some people (aka andre) will dl very slow and won't come back

It's ultimately up to the Server Supremes to decide which mods they feel are suited for their server. Im just here to coordinate and make sure it happens in an organized manner. And thus can be announced properly so our members have the time to check it out.

IMO, the mini mod with the hats and snowballs will work great enough alone.

Well downloading 20 mb is not really a big prob for me ( 1 minute more or less), i can easily wait, but im not sure guests that have shitty connection like mine would wait. For ND imo files should be max 1 mb, not more.

The mini-mod is 1.04 mb I believe.

Certainly I can agree to run xmas minimod, but i'mot convinced to upload on the ND server 20 MB of additional pk3s.

The Winter maps looks great, but it is a NoDownload server.
So I think only the minimod should be great.
