Is this REALLY necessary? We have them fill out an application, then they have to do a tryout based on k/d, which factors in some skill? IMO, there should be no k/d. We are a FUN clan, not a skilled clan :P
What is your guys opinion?

Not neccessary but we need to focus more on the maturity and behaviour of guests willing to join NoD.
