But i hope i can share my opinion.
And Joris if you have a look at the last few application you will see that the REC's don't care about this section, so maybe it's not that bad if the applicants get an opinion from anyone.

You can share your ipinion if you have some valuable info about the case.
The sentence 'don't know him yet' isn't valuable to this case.
Only if you had the pleasure to play with him, you could give an opinion about him.
You can also give a reply if he has done bad things in the past like cheating, hacking.

I post this to help fister on the applications although he isn't a HA NoD member.

RECs don't care? I check THIS section very often among with other important ones. I wish many other ND members would visit the forum much more often, not once per week...and ofc I cannot see any problems to let him put prefix [R] - if he really wants to join ND after the trial.
