TWC | Vietnam Rules (archived by NightFall) - Butcher - 14-10-2013 Official Rules of -TWC|Vietnam Server # No hacks/cheats allowed. # If you'll get busted on PB banlist you'll be banned in TWC servers too. ( PB banlist ) # No admin abuse! When you abuse your powers may get demoted or even kicked out of TWC. # Speak English in main chat. # Walljumping (by trickjump, double jump or parachute) to pass a wall, towards an objective is not allowed. Still not allowed if the gate is blown. # Trickjumping for excessive speed is not allowed. Trickjump = trickjumping like on Trickjump server to gain extreme speed or height. # Selfkilling is not allowed during battle (to switch class/weapon or if you got stuck it is allowed). # Trickplanting (Planting a dynamite by walljumping on a wall) is not allowed. # No glitching, no mortar blocking, no blocking/pushing teammates. # Spawnkilling/spawncamping is not allowed at non-capturable spawns. Spawnkilling is only allowed on the capturable spawnplaces and around any spawn areas for OBJECTIVE only (destroying vehicle, or running on routes through spawn area). # No smoke/artillery spam. Use these tools with sense to break through heavy resisstance or cover but not continuously, just to make your job easier. # Keep teams balanced! No team switching during map, except to balance teams. # No insulting or disrespecting others. # No interfering with higher admin actions. # No excessive or heavy swearing that may insult others. Watch your language and do not whine much. # No voice/music/console spamming. # Your in-game name should be matching with your name set as your in-game name on forum. # Respect everyone, both members and guests. -TWC|Vietnam Forum Rules # Behave yourself and respect other's opinions. # Keep your language clean (no whining, no heavy swearing, no insulting) -TWC|Vietnam Recruitment Rules # He must have 10.000 XP and playing for min. 2 weeks on Vietnam. # Verify if he can play and understand how the game works. # He must have valid GUI/etkey. # He must speak proper English more than a bit (not only yes, no or ok). This means he must be able to understand in-game communication and main forum functions. # He must behave well, be a friendly and communicative person and aim teamplay. # The person has to register on forum and make an application post in the Vietnam application base. # After the post, he has to put an [R] (^5[^*R^5]) in front of his in-game name. # After the post, one recruiter+ accepts the beginning of the trial period and posts the date the 2 week period ends in the applicant's post. # He can't be in another clan already. # He should be active in the 2-weeks-trial. # He should look at the opinions recruiters+ post in his application post. # There must not be any negative indications or complaints regarding the applicant (insulting, frequent spamming, heavily disturbing balanced teamplay or other) in his application post. # After accepting his application set him to level 4. # After that post it in roster updates. Post also rejected applications with reasons in roster! -TWC|Vietnam Membership and Promotion Rules # Every high admin (Recruiter or higher) can suggest promotions in High Admin Base/Vietnam. Promotions up to level 6 can and shall be done (also) by Recruiters, Co-Leaders and Leaders, if deserved. Promotions from level 7 need a Vietnam Supreme's approval. # Promotions and demotions must be posted in roster updates. # Any High Admin that is away from playing or forum for more than ONE month WITHOUT a reason indicated in the forum 'Inactivity' thread may be demoted. # Any Nam member's membership which member is away from playing or forum for more than TWO months WITHOUT a reason indicated in the forum 'Inactivity' thread may be cancelled. # The Status of long time absent admins and members with reason will be discussed individually.
