So as the title says, I'm planning to reorganize the HA-Team.

I get lots of complaints of members or even HS members themselves about the HA-Team that is not being active enough or is acting a bit too childish.

I'm not going to reorganize the HA-Team on my own, in matter of fact, I'll let you guys decide who is up for wich spot in the HA-Team.

So what I want you guys to do, is to make a list of wich person you see at what level. I don't care if you put a member who is like only 2 weeks in the clan as RCTR. Everyone is the same for me now at the moment. If I receive every list, I'll check them and see if everyone has almost the same vision of how the HA-Team should look like. This could lead to a demotion of HA and to a promotion of active members who deserve that extra promotion.

The list should be like this:

-

(You may also put 2 persons up for CO-LDR and you're allowed to put yourself on the list)

I think it's time for a little update!

For the moment 2 guys are taking a huge lead for the RCTR role with each 7 votes!
Those guys are Smurf and Kjell!
There's still a race going on for the other 2 free RCTR spots!

For the CO-Leader/Leader role it's not sure yet looks like I'll have to decide Smile

Keep in mind that I'm also checking the activity in-game/forum, so even if you're on the lead for a specific role it doesn't mean you will get it!
