Hey i have been thinking this for few days..
Why cannot every member recruit? I mean that, like level 14+ can recruit, but they have no !setlevel command.
This can gain activity and more members. Ofc this can be bad idea but this is my suggestions.
Sorry but in my opinion recruiter rank is pretty stupid.
I was thinking, if level 20+ can set level and everyone can recruit.
I dont know what you think about this. But i think this could work

Members will be promoted to the recruiter-rank because they are trustful enough. So if you let every member recruit ( Even the not-trusted ones), you will probably get bad members. Ofc some people are trustful enough to recruit even when they are member rank. Imo, recruiter-rank must be earned.

You know, people above recruiter can recruit. Who says they can't?
However it's better if a recruiter does it, since it's their job...
Other HA's only do it if there's no recruiter around or online.

Normal members are supposed to just play and obey rules, be members of clan and making good atmosphere in server.
Recruiter has more job to do. He knows every server recruit rules (atleast should, sometimes saw cases where even recruiter didn't know how to recruit... wonder who promoted them without telling). Recruiter is trustworthy with hes/her !setlevel and other commands, will see if player is worth of taking in clan by hes behaviour, and is just helper in server for others + several other little things.
There is much more difference between RCRT and normal member, so I would say lets leave it as it is now.
It is much easier to see directly in server who should have RCTR place and who not, because that level gives you so much more power in server, and only few will get it.

The leaders will let trusted members recruit for now as the recruiters are inactive.

If you really want to join, u are often on server. Not only once.
So you can just play and wait for member who can recruit.

What's the point of having recruiters then to recruit people?
It is the recruiters job.
