Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - John - 21-02-2012 Advanced 02 - Two commands under one key 2 | Advanced 04 - Class selecter When a new map is loaded ET will also try to execute a map cfg. For instance if the new map is radar it will try to execute autoexec_radar.cfg If it can't find this cfg it will look for autoexec_default.cfg This can be usefull because maps are for example not as bright as each other: autoexec_default.cfg Code: r_gamma 1Code: r_gamma 3The same trick can be used for teams: autoexec_axis.cfg and autoexec_allies.cfg And for classes: autoexec_medic.cfg, autoexec_engineer.cfg, autoexec_fieldops.cfg, autoexec_covertops.cfg, autoexec_soldier.cfg With these cfg's you can adjust you're settings for each class! RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - Moanraker - 22-07-2012 Is there any way you could get this to work without being required to be in ETPro or NQ (or any mod except Jaymod :S )? RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - John - 23-07-2012 Uhm not sure what you mean, but you could get this working in ETPro only by putting the cfg's in the ETPro folder
RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - Moanraker - 23-07-2012 Well, autoexec_radar.cfg and autoexec_axis.cfg like cfg's, can only be loaded in ETPro (and other mods, like NQ, but not in Jaymod, f.e.)
RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - John - 24-07-2012 Uhh this should work in jaymod as well i gues. RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - Moanraker - 24-07-2012 It doesn't
RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - RedBerry - 08-02-2013 I have something more usefull for gamma changing. You just change it with Right and Left arrow Spoilerbind RIGHTARROW "vstr gup" bind LEFTARROW "vstr gdn" set gdn vstr gamma00 set gup vstr gamma01 set gamma00 "set r_gamma 0.7;set gdn vstr gamma00;set gup vstr gamma01;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^1MIN^7*********^0] ^10.7" set gamma01 "set r_gamma 0.9;set gdn vstr gamma00;set gup vstr gamma02;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0*^q|^7**********^0] ^10.9" set gamma02 "set r_gamma 1.1;set gdn vstr gamma01;set gup vstr gamma03;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0**^q|^7*********^0] ^11.1" set gamma03 "set r_gamma 1.3;set gdn vstr gamma02;set gup vstr gamma04;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0***^q|^7********^0] ^11.3" set gamma04 "set r_gamma 1.5;set gdn vstr gamma03;set gup vstr gamma05;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0****^q|^7*******^0] ^11.5" set gamma05 "set r_gamma 1.7;set gdn vstr gamma04;set gup vstr gamma06;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0*****^q|^7******^0] ^11.7" set gamma06 "set r_gamma 1.9;set gdn vstr gamma05;set gup vstr gamma07;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0******^q|^7*****^0] ^11.9" set gamma07 "set r_gamma 2.1;set gdn vstr gamma06;set gup vstr gamma08;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0*******^q|^7****^0] ^12.1" set gamma08 "set r_gamma 2.3;set gdn vstr gamma07;set gup vstr gamma09;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0********^q|^7***^0] ^12.3" set gamma09 "set r_gamma 2.5;set gdn vstr gamma08;set gup vstr gamma10;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0*********^q|^7**^0] ^12.5" set gamma10 "set r_gamma 2.9;set gdn vstr gamma09;set gup vstr gamma11;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0**********^q|^7*^0] ^12.9" set gamma11 "set r_gamma 3.1;set gdn vstr gamma10;set gup vstr gamma11;echo ^0[^7Gamma^0]^1 : ^0[^0*********^1MAX^0] ^13.1" RE: Advanced 03 - Team, class and map cfg's - Razor - 08-02-2013 Redberry's Version works fantastic! I use it too!
