Hi,
i'd like to ask a question here, since it got me thinking for a while already.
What do you guys think about the try-out for TJ? I mean, i can understand there are try-outs for the other servers, since there is some form of competition in fragging, but in TJ that does not really apply.
What i'm getting at is, would it be a good idea to drop try-outs for TJ and let people in without, since we accept all people in TJ, so that also means the ones that can not even join since they don't have the ability to complete neither Piyo easy or Cricle easy, and we all know that when you get into TJ and you put some effort in it that you're bound to get better at it, and all of us here won't mind helping people that can't jump, yet, or so i presume?
Anyways, plz share your thoughts with me on this one?

Personally, I disagree with that "put some effort amd you're bound to get better" part.
If that was the case then what is the point of any tryout score in any server.
Also this can lead to more.trolls.
Although it has benefits, my vote is gonna be neither.

I used to want no try out before. So I will vote for yes.
What I dont understand is where you said we accept everyone anyways. I dont know about other recruits, but I am pretty sure that we only allowed those to join who could do piyo easy (with the exception of 4).
I vote for yes, but I dont want recruiters to recruit those who have no clue how to TJ, no matter how well mannered they may be. Nor do I want those recruits who can TJ as pros but dont have manners at all

and if i remember it right i got in without tryout cuz i was allready playing on servers for a time :P

Yea same here, i wasn't able to do piyo easy 4 for a while, i'm not even oneshotting it a lot atm, but i got in aswell, only degree of skill i set myself was to be able to hb before i joined, needless to say it worked, but i can't hb anymore now XD
I'll leave this poll out for a while and would like MST's, or one of them, to state their/his/her opinion about this here too plz.

@Morey, you can't really put TJ in the same line than the other servers, the others all have two things in common, shooting and scrimming, 2 of which TJ clearly misses, only competition we have is being able to do a jump/map or not, and since TWC is so widespread we kinda have a "learning responsibility" ( take this lightly plz
) to others since we also have the most famous ETJump server by far, such things only give the clan a better name (if we would take on that learning thingy )Grtz..................

Allright, so I didn't read well this topic, so I misunderstood the point.
And vote went wrong. Fak tät, I've had little pressure on this week, because of last week in school and I had some hard exams.
So forget my post, and count one vote more on "yes".
I think that explained my comment.
