The reason is I can't use my commands in hs.

There might be a reason why you can't use your commands....
1. Your guid isn't uploaded in Lig's plugin system
2. Your guid is uploaded, but your not on forum

When you transfer you'll be level 12 again and don't have any commands, so transfering doesn't solve your problem.
If you have any other reason we would like to know

I would suggest to should try to download a new ETkey and upload it to the forum. Maybe that can work? but you would loose your xp.
Or reinstall et and put new etkey.

Haha seriously... your reason cant be that you cant use commands, surely denied if thats your reason.
EDIT: If doesn't work, simply get new guid/etkey.
