OK,
I think it is good to tell everyone some tips about how to be the best server of ET!
I will start with some tips
if you have some more tips just throw it in this topic!1. Know your own server rules and know how to handle with it!
2. Always speak respectful to our guests. also when the break a rule.
example: someone is walljumping. Don't say: cees no wj! but: Cees please stop walljumping it's not allowed.
3. Keep in mind that everybody who is playing is here for fun
.So these are 3 of mine. I will hope there will be hundreds of them.

Putting spec people that just come in server for make team unfair while not playing.
i have seen guests getting pissed off and quitting quiet often lately couse of these type of players.

allow players to vote maps...and give em some cmds like spec9,even they are 0 level on your server,it can be helpfull if u are not there

i like the idea of guest getting the spec9. it will help the guests. is There not some way to make the vote system better

1) Being polite and warm to guests.
2) Not messing with settings, maps etc.
3) Good levelsystem. (no sarcasm)

guive commands to admins to make their job(warn ,mute,splat, put..)
make command like !rules who s explain rules to guests .

The !rules command already exists. It will echo the rules.
And the admins already have the commands, but we just don't have people/enough people on the Admin+ ranks.
