Hey mates, I played in ND and 2 guys or troll, doesnt play they just plant dynamite at the spawn and so that make team unfair, it was 4vs4 it made 4vs2 what should we do for that ? Is it allowed ? Cause it's not fun 4vs2 you cant get out of your spawn its unplayable, so I want to know what should we do

Well its unallowed to be in a team just to "kill time" or when you are just bored.
Anyways, I dont get the fuss to always even teams when there are like 14 vs. 12.
It is not always about the numbers, its about the players on those certain teams. So dont start to rage (Generally to all) if the teams are uneven.
It might sometime be more fair than teams even.

Yes sometimes it is but here it was 4v4 and 4v2 or 14v12 is not the same at all.
And could they be kicked ? I just want to know what do in this situation

Well if you have 2 pros in one team and 4 newbies on other, which one would win. :P
But yea back to the topic:
And I dont really know what is the punishment for that, I think putting spec is enough.

I know Who they Are ( not to hard if you think bout it )
But when we were 5 vs 5 so actually 3 vs 5 i found it frustrating, but nacht said you cant put them spec couse they arent doing anything wrong.
Those 2 guys ( one finnish, guess Who eh? And the other one estonian) never play and they piss off guests as well.

There is no rule for it to disallow it. The server is for making fun. I understand that u have less more fun cause they dont play obj of rambo etc. we cant do anything about this. and it also will not happen that much

As others have said it, there is no rule against this. It is not fun, but we can't do anything about it.
We can't, except ask them nicely to do something else rather than that. :P
Unfortunately, some guests do not speak (proper) English and some do not even react. xD

Yes that was not fun, right this server is for fun but its not fun to the other in this team who cant play cause they cant get out of the spawn. And put them spec is useless they'll rejoin team and do it again
And I'm not pro so the team were so unfair xD

There is rule for that Ive been told.
Just dont know is it written or some unofficial one.
