Reason Misunderstanding
Had you been banned in one of our servers before?: First time i have been banned, im new.
Do you know/remember who banned you or who was online when you were banned?: Possible NLxSmoke (Killa)
Do you think the reason is right? If not, why?: I think the reason IS NOT RIGHT, i was framed of being opped and nukeing peoples things when i was nevr OP and did not nuke anything, for i cannot place or destroy inside killas place and i came back to find some things missing from my chests, not only that but when i came back on my stuff was still regening from what looked like a rather big explosion, I then got framed for it and was banned, very, VERY unfair!

To correct this complaint, and make the reason clear: U were banned because u nuked the whole spawn, and with it almost everything that was set up during the last weeks in TWC Tekkit.
You came on the server when i was there, asking me if you could help me.
Id call myself stupid for trusting you. For me it looked like u were sent by one of the Tekkit admins to help me build a cellar under water.
Since its hard for me to buid up a whole dirt block and after it destroy the inside, just to get rid of the water, i was happy u offered your help.
You asked me to give u things u need to build a water pump, but when we got to the spawn u wanted me top /op you, because u cant build things in spawn.

I did so, since i trusted you. After some time you set yourself also Gamemode 1, creative mode. I had no concerns, because i also prefer gamemode 1 underwater (its easier to fly then).

Agreed, but let him have one more chance to stop his lies and admit what he did. He has a right to stand up to his actions and face the punishment for them.
