Are members with lvl 0 able to check who is speccing them? Since Lamer said he was using it all the time. Seems to me like a pretty stupid way of saying that your actually afraid of somebody watching you. Anyway are members actually able to check this? And how can you do it?

When you do /serverstatus , you see a list of all the players and their xp.
When a specator has 0 xp, it means he's speccing nobody.
When he has the same xp as another player, it means he's speccing him

Yea pretty much it's a tool for the paranoid or the guilty. Sometimes however it's used to make others think you can read minds :P
For the normal member and guest it really has no purpose.

Then the aimbotters can do /serverstatus and know whether he/she is been specced o.O

I'm sure most of them already know how to do that. Plus I believe a lot of the bots themselves show when someone is spec'ing them as well.
If they want to stop playing every 5 mins to see is someone is spec'ing them, then they most likely wont be using it any how.
