I have noticed over the past couple of months that some of you are not following the clan rules and in some cases, you are not enforcing the rules.
I have received complaints about all levels of our team. As high as server Supremes. Supremes that are either breaking the rules or not fairly enforcing them, when they openly see lower level members disrespecting members and guests alike.
This is not how we expect any admin of TWC to behave. A supremes job is a tough one. I of all people know that. We are expected to follow the rules to set examples for all of our members, guests and friends. So when a friend starts to act out or break rules it's easier to laugh with them than it is to enforce a rule and have to punish them. I get that, but it is not the way to do things.
Supremes are expected to treat people fairly. You find it easy to punish someone you don't care for, but when a friend needs to be punished, some of you are over looking it. This is not acceptable.
All of you were given this high level out of respect for your time spent here and for your hard work. Trust me when I say, it can be taken away from you just as easy as it was given. I play no favorites. If you fail to uphold your obligation to the clan and all it's members and guests, your level will be taken away and of course your feelings will be hurt.
I for one would rather avoid all that at this time. Which is why I am writing this general warning to all of you. (not just Supremes)
The complaints I have received are mounting up and server logs have been checked. I know who I am referring to here and am saddened at seeing this.
I am confident that you also know who you are and what your doing to be issued this warning. I will not mention any names at this time, but if I have to come to you one more time, the result will not be such a friendly one.
Each of you represent TWC. Your behavior influences other members of this clan. You can show no favoritism to any member or members. You are to enforce the rules at all times and you are to punish anyone who breaks them. If you have for some reason forgotten them, please take some time to read them again.
I hope that drawing your attention to this problem ends it now. That you know who you are and what it is that you are doing wrong. I hope that each of you correct this problem and we can move on without any further repercussions. I take no joy in having to demote or punish any member, but each of you I am sure, know that I will enforce the rules of this clan.

Well it should be normal to enforce all the rules of the clan.
I don't know who isnt enforcing/following the rules but he/she should do it right now cause it will harms the clan name also.
If it someone from ND i would like to know who did it dad
, then i can take some action by talking personally to him/her as a final warning.

This starts with a 'warning' for everybody and ends with a global threat to somebody.
Either way I agree with you on several parts that your saying, but the way your saying it just doesn't motivates people to work on it. Afterall this is a clan for people who play a game, for people who play this game for fun. Just make sure to remember that.

Well yes, this is clan for people who play the game and have fun.
But is it fun if some member is breaking rules itself or is doing abuse targeted to to other players? In my opinion that doesn't sound fun.
Come to back for my first reply, im sorry if I did hurt someone, maybe judged little bit too fast.
Since ND had most of complaints back then, it is just easy to judge (thoo it shouldnt be, since the server's complaints have decreased at least in forums.)
If you didn't yet know, Im just prisoner of old times. :P

Something happend in ND today as well, some people where insulting/accusing and stuff, i was settling things with them, if its not to much to ask, can you check and see if it was the right thing to do?
