Basic 04 - Settings - John - 21-02-2012 Basic 03 - Advanced binds 2 | Basic 05 - Multiple cfg's To use settings in your cfg you need to use the command set or seta: set just sets a value to a setting and seta sets and archives a value to your command, so with seta you're settings will be just the same as the previous time. In this example I'll use name as a setting (yes you're name is a setting, that makes sense!): autoexec.cfg Code: seta name ^6JohnAs you can see its not hard to do this, now lets continue to a namechanger: autoexec.cfg Code: bind r vstr reload
set reload "vstr namechange; +reload; -reload"
set namechange vstr name1
set name1 "seta name ^6John; set namechange vstr name2"
set name2 "seta name ^5John; set namechange vstr name3"
set name3 "seta name ^4John; set namechange vstr name1"Reloading will now reload you're gun (+reload start reloading, -reload stop reloading. You only wanna reload once!) and will change you're name into a new color! A big list with almost all the settings that exist: http://www.antman.info/wolf/cvar/cmdcvarlist.html |
