Yes you are right.
But Member list show members on forum, And old members who probably no longer playing.
I do current Roster and i'll uptade this once a week.

You could just remove those members from groups, would be a lot less work + more information. There are 2 new Supporters and at least 2 admins who could also help with that. That cleanup could be monthly or so, wasn't done before because only I and John were active with jobs on forum. But if you want to have that much work weekly - ok, that's your time.
Also I understand it's based on server rosters, which aren't updated that regularly too? Because I can see for instance Inter who left like 2 months ago.

I'll try and update forum roster this weekend ( Forthan's roster can be helpfull in this matter as it easy to find the active/not-kicked out members)

About Roster you have some right. But no all rosters are obsolete.
About changing groups i can't change this. Only Supporter and administator can.
