I'd like to suggest the following for the TJ server.
a) Portal-gun: It is basically a gun which players use to teleport from one place to the other. I have had many people ask me about the gun. I even told an HA in-game, can't really remember the name, but I guess it didn't get followed up.
b) !listmaps: A simple command that displays the maps that the server has. Sometimes I can't remember the name of a map and it doesn't appear on the vote list. There the command would be handy.

I agree with Tele + we should update our TJ server's etjump mod to version 2.0.1

a) Some people say it destroys the trickjumping sense, especially in objective maps. That's why some servers disable it. But I agree, it's a cool addition which could be added.

About 2.0.1 - suggested it long time ago, don't know why it didn't get updated. Probably because we're waiting for 2.0.2 with some new important features (it's beta4 is available on 999 already so maybe there will be public release soon).

The /sv_paknames command is useful but its just too complicated and messy.
Well, there will always be panzering ( satcheling too) in TJ servers, so if I guess there should be a portal gun!
There is also a fun command that I'd like too see :- !8ball .
Its a simple command which usually answers in "yes" or "no".

If someone could tell me how to enable portalgun then I will but g_portalmode 1 is already set in the cfg and not working as you see.
And yes we're waiting for 2.0.2 and not updating to 2.0.1 because there weren't very important changes in that version.
!8ball is available from 2.0.1 so you will have to wait till 2.0.2

Its supposed to be /g_portalmode 0
1 = disabled

And also, there is no option in the menu to directly connect to other TWC servers. That would be helpful.

About mapvote.
The .pk3 files isnt files but compressed folders. Which contains the different part of the maps. (Scripts, models etc...)
If you open a .pk3 for example with total commander. You will see folders. if you open maps folder you will see a .bsp file.
To vote a map which is not on the vote list you have to type /callvote map [name of the .bsp] file which is usually equals with the name what you see with /sv_paknames command. I know its not easy but i did the same when i collected all the maps from sniper and made the mappack. So give somebody that job to have time for this and make a mappack for TJ too or Make the list of those .bsp files. Maybe i will do this .bsp in the winter or autumn holiday for TWC sniper. Its also hard to find moments when there is nobody on server only you to get all maps.
Ohh and watch out that is criclejump not circlejump.
Somebody always have to work hard to make others life easier. Keep that in mind.

Also with the "/sv_paknames" some of those names when entered into the "/callvote map (map name)" give a message that the map is not on the server. I don't think that should be happening, so somebody needs to look into that ( I would but I just suck at configs and tech stuff of ET
).

Because as Slash said you need .bsp name for that. And .pk3 isn't always same as .bsp.
Are you sure about g_portalmode 0? Where you found it?
