Yeah the activity table is not public. It's in the 'PsA only' section but we could make it available for others as well.
And good thinking. Meagain and I talked about the exact same thing yesterday. We're going to try to put more emphasis on the less active servers.

Also, check who, from non-psa members is active on most meetings for a while already and reach out to him, maybe he will join as well.

I think that meetings simply become commonplace and boring. Abstracts from the situation that HS is bad and only 2-3 PsA members can be in meeting. Abstracts of many other situations which even harm. I want forget about past and make new future, where all TWC members they will be involved in the life of the clan.
My advice:
Think about some challenge in PsA, everyone want be the best. Make good use of it. There are several ways to do it. Some kind of gamification I use in my work and it is works perfectly.
