Heya, a few words to all of you:
First, great work on the activity tables for the psa meetings. +1
Second, more important matter: Now that there were quite some changes with bg, all of the current psa members except for zombie are in PW. Even though it is not stated in the thread about the use and definition of the psa team, it would be / should be that the team, which is there for the increased actitvity of all twc servers and therefore is a clanwide team, consists of several servers. The ideal setting would be at least one member from every server, however it is understandable if there is not in every server someone dedicated enough to join psa. Still, I would advise you to exchange or add some people to the psa team from other servers (mainly those who need more work for, like sniper, bg, hs etc.). Instead of swapping some spots, I would be all in for adding more people to the team especially now that you decided to mainly stay just for half an hour in a psa meeting and then switching to (usually) pw. With an increased amount of psa members it might be possible to have a bit more activity, and longer activity, on the meeting.
Last thing, I will later make a post about it, because it is Halloween we searched for some maps to put on a halloween server (probably some currently unused scrim server spot) this weekend. There will be several maps with different purposed, capture the flag, normal objectives, tj, sniperwar, panzerwar etc. It would be awesome if you could find some time to gather as psa-team on the halloween server, since the psa team also deals with lots of events and not just the meetings

Mimus, about the potencial PsA members from other servers... We had the idea to recruit people but it's not like we decided that we do not want to do it. We simply do not see regular players on PsA meetings. We decided to recruit Zombie bcs he was playing regulary. If we see someone that IS playing few days a week for longer time, we will probably invite him.
Altho I see members I would like to see in PsA and the funny thing is that one of them is from Headshot, second from Vietnam and third from No Download. :P

Indeed we weren't aiming to create a PW only PsA team, it just happened because most of the people are not dedicated enough and they rather enjoy playing on their homeserver than to be bothered to go to somewhere else and try to help out a little bit. The thing is none of the current PsA members are fan of every server we visit weekly and they still find the motivation and time to go and do so every week. It's not because of the servers we play on it's because of the friendly atmosphere we have during meetings. The main problem with this is that PW has the MOST active memberbase therefore they are more interested in PsA than others. Most of the members are just too stubborn, they might not even know what PsA is etc... We won't recruit people to PsA just to have a bigger memberbase and have members from every server when they won't be active. It's of no use. We've made many attempts to gather other server members into PsA in the past and I have to say it didn't go well. The diversification between our servers is just too big to do so. ND members are in for fragging and not sniping or panzerwar. Can we blame them? No. Can we force them to join PsA? Guess we could (but everyone knows what they say about forcing farts...). Unless we see someone willing to sacrifice 30 minutes of their lives on a (mostly completely empty) unknown server out of pure empathy we won't go after anyone to make them join and then kick them out after a month. It's the players who create the team not vice versa and unfortunately panzerwar members are the only ones who care
ND is popular enough without members playing there (cause let's admit it's not the members who make ND active at all!), HS is inactive with members included so whenever they get the time they either play on HS or ND, vietnam as well, sniper has a few members and they tend to play on more than one servers (meaning they are regulars on ND and PW and even HS so they are the best after PW members).As for the second matter PsA is happy to gather together in an occasion of an event, we'll try to make our schedules in favor of the events
