Just as a side note, his english skills are, afaik, about the same level as Blackeyes - so in case sth happens and there are talks with him which he doesnt seem to understand, dont assume instantly he doesnt want to listen, it might aswell be that he doesnt completely understand. If so, Im sure some of our germans (including me) can translate the important issues.

lol dude.. just take away your prejudgements for a second and give him a chance. He might have been a big troll somewhen, but people are able to change you know? And meanwhile he isn't half as bad as he used to be. Even back then he didn't mean to offend anyone, it was just his weird sense of humour. Most people just didn't get it. By now he's still a weird but friendly guy, who obeys all the rules. His change in behaviour is perfectly visible in the fact that twc-banger, who was not here years ago and only knows nuestra since a few months, has an absolutely positive opinion about him because he only knows him this way, without all the prejudgements based on things that happened way in the past which people like you have.
He might not make it to the super ideal admin very soon, but he certainly can play a nice, uplifting role in this community. Just my 2 cents.
