well If Allstars had the exact same settings as No Download with different maps I am willing to play there, but I miss double Jump:S
And the server is always empty cause there are no bots!

Btw I agree with $am & Mimus. If you like custom-maps why dont you play on allstars? We had this same discussion a while back and we decided to reform beginners server into allstars. Everyone loved it, but no one plays there.
Don't get me wrong I also like to play a custom map. But the problem is often that for some reason players on't like certain maps or changes. I have seen it many times that servers bleed out when implementing new maps and when their close to death they reinstall the stock maps.
its better to put another map where axis can do obj , like ice _ final and many more . Rail gun can replaced

I agree with silencer most people/guests visit nd rather than allstar.
Theres slight difference in settings though but nds been popular since the beginning.
Idk much but maybe allstars was popular and then eventually it rarely got visitors , it got the same fate like -TWC|Blue.
And we won't be replacing all the original 6 maps , but for now just 1 , that is railgun which a lot of guests/members dont like to play

In that way axis will still have a map to do obj instead of defending.

You can't just make a new server and hope it gets popular. It's an old game, people just go to the server they know... who the hell knows what "Allstars" is? Sounds like something related to sports.
Let's not forget that we (me, Chris, Storch, Silencer etc) had an idea for "Allstars" (which should have not been called like that first of all) and you didn't made supreme the people that really deserved it, forcing instead stupid rules and not letting the actual members who proposed it decide what the server should have been like.
But enough with the talk.
I think it's a good idea mainly because the game is boring after awhile. It's not like there are 15 maps. It's 6, and only 4 are really good.
So yeah, it would be nice to finally play some other f maps!

Okay, since the result of the vote is pretty clear. What should we replace railgun with? I'm open for suggestions but be realistic, it needs to be possible to have 40 people playing at the same time while being somewhat able to keep em to rules. Also consider mapsize please, don't really want a map bigger than 10 mb to be honest

E: I remember we once tried to make ND "Now Download", and we thought that would do some good, although it didn't. How can you know that adding and switching map(s) would do any good now?

clysma i think the fail of "now downloads" was mostly because of the fastfire + adre settings imo, that mod got unpopular since then, so even with stock maps it wouldn't have gotten any better i guess
but anyways, NOT venice please, lot's of player with slower PC's experience huge frame lag on that map, i think most people will just leave when the maps comes on
i think a good choice would be Warbell OR Pirates Final, warbell being the better choice since the axis are attacking, and it's a bit different gameplay than usual (sacrificing is always so fun)
