What if I erased Windows from that list, and take one from home, or download one "legally", then it could fit around ~1000e?

wowowowo wait a bit.
you said you won't do any overclock, and in that build you linked its made almost by only piecese for overclock lol. First of all the processor is a K version, so that mean that is overclockable. the truespirit is a crap cooler either you overclock either you won't overclock. that ssd is worthless. you need a fast ssd that helps with programs too, the samsung 840 evo is a MUST have. the motherboard is a Z chipset, only usefull if you overclock, otherway is useless. and finally bout psu, if your going in 70+ euros , at least you are going to get a modular one.
too much confusion in that rig.

I thought about overclocking again, and if it doesnt cost that much more (~100e) why not to take the opportunity to do it, just in case.
Is it totally useless if i dont overclock? Its so hard to pick the right one, when gathering these rigs from multiple places/forums. Some people there agree, and make me a better one, then I take it to other side and ask if this is good, they come with another rig. Its an endless circle of disappointment and frustration, if you know what I mean. :P
For example some parts from your rigs were "bad" according to the others, and they came with another idea and I recycled it and took it to another forum. This just goes on and on, and now you disagree with this.

E3: I posted your rig on forums, and they asked: "Why not server processor 1231, if you wont overclock - look at the benchmarks, big difference" and "Thats the crappy model of SuperFlower"

Doing the overclock or not is the user choice. for example i have pieces for overclock but still i haven't done it. but in the future yeah so i didn't cut off that possibilty. its quiet normal bout the rigs, obviusly everyone got his opinion. i fell aswell in that circle and i had to exit from it otherway i wouldn't have bought the pc
the problem bout the ssd that you linked state that it may get slower to read old files you wrote over it. and a easy way to fix that its just to take the old files and re-copy them in it and the problem is fixed and plus samsung its already working to fix this little problem ( it takes few weeks for a firmware to pass and to be usable
). in any case, if you are really scared bout that ( i have it and works perfectly lol ), the crucial its fine. yet the one in your rig has really a slow writing. if you want to go with the crucial, get the m500. way betterabout the cpu you listed , me and blade already told you bout that:

Xeon cpu's basically are for servers, and more over does NOT have the possibilty to overclock, so IMO there is no way you can put that cpu in your rig

They say about your rig: Processor: absurd, motherboard: weak, SSD: junk, memory: OK, HD: OK, GTX 770: junk (This for the reason they didnt notice Id change it) DVD: OK, Case: OK, Cooler: OK, Power: junk.
I hope you get my point now, its really _really_ difficult to choose.
I dont even know what to do. :S

Ye and my dad is obama and my mom hilary clinton. this is a problem that happens quiet often, becouse everyone with the money of other people want to experiment stuffs or let you pay shitloads of money .
these are people that that think that a pc that cost like less then 3000 euros is crap compared to their MEGAUBERSUPEROPPC. ( whatever).
ps: the i5 4690 absurd? wow thats it got PERFECT reviews from Newegg (biggest USA pc market) , from amazon, a very high score on gpu boss, 10/10 on both game debate users and stuff (http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?pid=2074&cpu=Core%20i5-4690%203.5GHz). and plus the K version of it is a monster of power . goddemn i sometimes i would like to kill people when i read such stuffs XD
and still in the last rig, there isn't even the case. people are crazy i guess

So what the heck am I going to do? Take the 1000euros rig they made (that with overclocking possibilities in the future, just in case)

This seems like its words vs words. But to be honest I think that their rig is more convincing, in my perspect of view (You might think Im stupid now, but Im just a guy who knows almost nothing about computers :P)

money are yours, you have to choose, not me. choose the things you prefere. there is everything you need in this thread for making a decision.
Still you didn't reply to the fact that in that rig there isn't the case xD remember to not buy the rig withtout the case lol
that rig is fine, just remember to add around 90 euros for the case
this is the last one rig i had in mind and does includes overclock possibilty, and a better version of that SSD. and the case that is not included in you previus rig. add 90 euros more if you want the i7.

The case is not there because it would make 30euros more for shipping. Ill buy the case here, in finland. People do that here to avoid spending extra :P

Update: since some days samsung released the fix i was talking bout. so there isn't anymore this prob.
