Mass recruitment won't help anything. It's better way to have a fewer members but to know them well, than having filled roster with incompetent people.

Activity has little common with phenomenon named "to be a mature person".
I believe its much better to have mature and responsible but less active admin than very active kid with little admin experience replaced by eager to feel power. We've got a filter which major task is to refuse any sign of immaturity by automate. K/D was huge misunderstanding and every1 knows that.

I don't know if u guys seen it in the application section, but all application thread names contains the trial end date. I would like to make this default for all the applications. this needs to be eddited by recruiters+.
you can see all the trial end dates in one view. dunno what you guys think about it?

Isn't there already a limitation for like 2 or 3? (2 if i remember correctly) besides, you rarely see two people using flamers or mg42 in the same team
So in my opinion it doesn't need to be changed
