RE: Reducing PsA meeting duration - Impact - 05-12-2016

It's almost monday so we made a decision for next week.
The majority of those who voted, voted for 7-8 PM, and some people think it's a good idea to have no endtime for the meetings, so we want to give that a try as well.
That's why we decided to start all of next week's PsA meetings at 7 PM, without an endtime. If this idea works and pays off, it's something we could continue doing in the future.
All ideas are still welcome in the suggestions thread.

sounds good!

Sounds cool indeed Smile

I really like this idea aswell, and would like to add one tiny remark: In the past (the old psa team) people used to complain quite a bit when the team left the server before the endtime while there were still guests playing on it (yknow like, hey u play here to make it active and when its active a bit you just leave?!).
Having no endtime and the fact that a psa member only has to visit a meeting for 30min might (not that i think it will, but its a possibilty) lead to the psa meetings lasting 30min only with the psa group leaving the server with some few confused guests on it who suddenly have nobody to play with anymore.
So Id like to underline that if you enjoy playing on a server in that moment, you can ofc also play way more than 30min - especially if you managed to attract other players (members and guests) who enjoy playing with you.

tl;dr: Stay longer if there are still people on the server (if you want/can).

Since this change has been done, psa meetings have been very poor.
Last few weeks only 0-2 psa member come to server and usually not staying even half an hour.
Direction is very bad.
Changes must be done.

That surely has something to do with no endtime.

psa meetings have been quite good imo. we have some members who are currently busy irl and they cannot attend in some meetings.

No offense, but I don't think you attend enough meetings to have a clear picture of the situation.

When we used this statement in the past, people said we are arrogant and saying bullshit.

Deja vu.

Maybe in bg you might attend good, other servers i just dont see people anymore attending. I attend about half of the meetings so i think i see enough, but if people wanna be blind, then let it be.
