This might not be such a big thing, but Uzero has abused his powers on me too once.
We were at HS playing, me, uzero and bots, and i killed Uzero (with a MP40) few times immediately after he came out of the spawn door.
Uzero first told me that I'm not the funniest guy to play with, and seconds after i got kicked, reason: "please stop sk
"(sk is of course allowed in HS)
Few hours after that, I asked Uzero that is he going to kick me again because i sk'ed him, he said "You know why I did it? Because I can."
I have no screenshots or anything, just thought that you should know.

BTW: I think Uzero's punishment should be just big warn noting more...

Hi,
I would like to add 1 more thing,
if you exactly do have a discussion with or without insulting try not to do it in global chat,
try to use PM or use xfire or forum. Maybe there were people playing who liked to join TWC and when they see that they maybe reconsider it.
Just keep it simple you don't have to like everybody cause thats impossible, just ignore (or answer in a proper way) those who you don't like, and have fun with the guys you do like.
This sort of 'trolling' and insulting will cost the good name of TWC
