It's powder kind, I like powder version of food colouring the best. Biggrin

Test-Cake for something less sweet and more summer-y: Biscuit-Layers with Mint-Lime-Filling and cream cheese. Topped with even more cream and brown sugar Biggrin

Note: Little bit of rum in it, kinda tastes a lot like Caipirinha and Moijto (yknow, lime, brown sugar, mint etc... :P)
