I will take actions today after reading all the feedbacks from everyone.
I agree that something needs to be done asap in order to try bring activity again within our servers.
First of all :
I'm moving all HS current members into ND. They will keep their current level.
Welcome Snowman, Santa and #X28
HS server will stay up for nostalgia, for 1vs1, for tournaments and for my testing purposes
Second of all :
I will rename NoDownload, I'm thinking about -TWC|Jaymod XPS but i'll have a chat with ND's HA.
I will do the manipulations within the next few days.
Third :
I want every people from ND to show up if they can every evening at 8pm Paris/Berlin on the server. We need to bring activity and therefore get an active memberbase.
If I don't see any improvements in activty within the next few weeks, I'll suggest to merge ND+HS into BG server.
Nitmod brings more players, it has update and I think it's the best solution.
Have 1 active server instead of 1 half active and 5 half dead servers
I know this one is gonna be a tough decision or reality to accept, but that's what's going on right now. Considering our current acitivty and the fact that ET is slowly dying. I recommand every ND+HS current members to consider my proposition already, to think about it and keep it in mind.

I for one am glad it has taken these steps. As Nirv said, Nitmod has regular updates and is probably flagship for TWC.

I've always disliked Nitmod, but I think this would be perfect. ET is slowly dying, at this point I cannot see any reason why we shouldnt try this.

HS only sucks with Jaymod hitboxes anyways, that's my two cents about this.
Hit too low on the head hit box and the torso one will overlap it and deny the hit. Just gotta aim for top of the helmets I guess.
More active members is all you need, I don't care about soundpack etc. But I will only connect when people are playing.
Also the BG + ND & HS merger would be awful, if you keep trash tripmines and the awful heavy weapon spam settings from BG. I sometimes play there when I don't mind it but it can get really annoying. Also BG + ND player bases merging could be problematic.
