Well the customer service at current host sucks if they have not figured it all out by now. They discontinued their dedicated root server offering two or three years ago, so they probably don't have many customers with these contracts left. I'm not surprised that they aren't exactly versed in providing support for them.
The biggest reason that I haven't moved to another provider yet is the fact that we couldn't take all the IP addresses to a new provider. While ideally everyone should be using the DNS names (e.g. nd.twcclan.org), I'm sure many people and also server trackers use the IP address.

Fair enough, tbh its a wonder that these still exist. So good for us... Thank you for your adamant work on the servers and providing for TWC. It has been going on for years and hopefully will do in future as well. Im sure you have real life things to do as well but yet you never let us down. You are an amazing dude, gotta appreciate it! Hopefully you will some day be without worries or concerns about anything... How are you by the way, I bet you never get asked this?

I created a temporary ETJump server here: 165.22.91.74:27999
I'll try to add more servers, but it's a little more work for the other servers. I'll keep posting here for updates.

I'm actually quite good. It's a bit of a lucky coincidence that I'm not working this week, because I took the whole week off for my sisters wedding. Unfortunately I won't have a lot of time over the weekend (due to said wedding) and also will be flying back to the US for work on Sunday morning. But once I landed I need to stay awake anyways and can continue setting up servers.

Beginners works almost fine, but the temp server is slower : walking/running with a panzerfaust is really slow, and I think it takes more time to change weapon...
