RE: Improving communication - Nirv - 22-03-2017 This is an old dying game, there are not much people left. Let's not make it too hard for those remaining persons. As some of them are already annoyed when they have to make a simple application post. Making it more complicated ain't really the goal. Also, as coffee said, you cannot really judge someone in such a short period anyway. It comes with time and if someone doesn't fit (regarding his behaviour or anything else), we can always get rid of him/her. Plus, we are already watching the general behaviour of potential recruits and the players who are currently in trial. If something goes wrong, we discuss about it in the HA base. Then increase the trail period. Change the recruitment process[make it more strict and watch the person more carefully] not only accept an apply based on activity of the player... 1. The people are carefully and responsibly watched by the admins and noone gets accepted that is repeatedly disobeying the rules ect. As Coffee pointed out, most of these things only happen after a longer period of membership. (That's why there aren't a lot of cases in which people don't get accepted because of their behaviour, even though there were some in the past. + Extending the trial period would also make no sense, considering that people were seen doing things months after they already joined. So should we have applicants go through months of trial just in case they might say something bad and that isn't supposed to happen when they're in the clan already? 2. The feedback is mostly conducted by the High Admins, but if members got any considerable meaning about a person with adequate proof ect, these things ARE being considered. 3. The MSTs do check logs at these occasion given you can name the time to make the search easier for them. 4. I think the rules are pretty clear on that to be honest, but in case of any complications feel free to ask higher ranked members or the MSTs. RE: Improving communication - SpeeD - 24-03-2017 Is this gonna happen this weekend? RE: Improving communication - Mimus - 24-03-2017 Yes it will. We wanted to wait with giving out a final date/time until today at around 6pm (when most people come home from work), but since youre asking now (and since we got no other suggested times than yours, speed): We will have the teamspeak meeting this saturday, at 17:00 CET (that way we got 2 hours before any potential psa meeting and can, if people wanna, play a bit together afterwards) |
